  • Add mcp server configuring into agent provision
  • Ensure codex gets an mcp server provisioned
  • Move these lines into contrib
  • Move the following provisioners into the agent provider:
    • provision_skills
    • provision_supervise (rename to provision_supervise_mcp)
    • provision_prompt
    • provision_provider_auth (probably not needed anymore)
