Separate the gateway (data plane) from the orchestrator (control plane) at the
module level. The gateway runtime files move out of the package root — and the
backend-neutral Gateway lifecycle ABC + GATEWAY_* constants move out of
orchestrator/ — into a new bot_bottle/gateway/ package:

  gateway/__init__.py (was orchestrator/gateway.py: Gateway ABC + consts
                            + rotate_gateway_ca)
  gateway/gateway_init.py (the PID-1 daemon supervisor)
  gateway/egress_addon.py, egress_addon_core.py, egress_dlp_config.py,
          dlp_detectors.py (the egress mitmproxy daemon)
  gateway/git_http_backend.py (the git-http daemon)
  gateway/git_gate_render.py (the git-gate pre-receive rendering)
  gateway/supervise_server.py (the supervise MCP daemon)
  gateway/policy_resolver.py (the data-plane control-plane RPC client)

orchestrator/ now holds only control-plane files. The shared plan/types/auth
layer (egress.py=EgressPlan, git_gate.py=GitGatePlan, supervise.py,
supervise_types.py, control_auth.py) and the launch-time git-gate provisioning
helpers stay at root, so orchestrator/ and backend/ still own them.

Because these daemons are invoked as `python3 -m bot_bottle.<name>`, loaded flat
by mitmproxy, and referenced in Dockerfile.gateway, the move updates more than
Python imports: the `-m` invocations (firecracker/macOS infra scripts), the
Dockerfile.gateway addon shim + ENTRYPOINT, gateway_init's _DAEMONS module
paths, and the git-gate CGI heredocs all now point at bot_bottle.gateway.*.

No behavior change; full unit suite green (2251).

Adds globalize_slug(slug) to bottle_state alongside bottle_identity.
git_gate_provision now calls globalize_slug(slug) instead of inlining
socket.gethostname(), so the hostname-qualification logic has a single,
named home. Assumes slug is a mint_slug output.

Title format changes from bot-bottle:{host}:{slug}:{name}
to bot-bottle:{host}-{slug}:{name} to match the globalize_slug contract.

didericis-claude 59be808ab1 feat(git-gate): include hostname in deploy key title
Closes #388 (part 1 of 3). Deploy key titles now carry the machine
hostname so keys provisioned on different hosts don't collide with
each other on the forge when a prior bottle was never torn down.

Title format: bot-bottle:<hostname>:<slug>:<repo-name>

didericis 8f31741c9f refactor(errors): introduce MissingEnvVarError for missing host env vars
Replace die()/RuntimeError at the point of detection with a typed
MissingEnvVarError, and catch it in the CLI dispatcher alongside
ManifestError. Library code stays free of stderr output; the CLI
renders all user-facing error lines in one place.

Sites updated: egress.egress_resolve_token_values (unset/empty token),
git_gate._provision_dynamic_key and revoke_git_gate_provisioned_keys
(missing forge_token_env), env.resolve_env (unset interpolated var).

git_gate.py (699 LOC) mixed three responsibilities. Split into:

- git_gate_render.py — pure host-side rendering: the gate constants,
GitGateUpstream, gitconfig/known-hosts rendering, and the entrypoint /
  pre-receive / access-hook script builders.
- git_gate_provision.py — the gitea deploy-key lifecycle
  (_provision_dynamic_key / revoke / _resolve_identity_file).
- git_gate.py — the GitGate ABC + GitGatePlan, now 169 LOC, re-exporting
all moved names (see __all__) so the 19 importers are unchanged.

Host-side only (not flat-bundled), so no sidecar import shim. The one
test that patched the internal `_provision_dynamic_key` lookup is
repointed to its new module (public API unchanged). The two new modules
are added to scripts/critical-modules.txt so the decompose doesn't move
security code out of the measured core — critical aggregate stays 95%
(git_gate 100%, render 100%, provision 97%).

Closes #303
