fix: resolve all pyright errors in codex_auth.py

- Add cast imports and explicit type annotations for dict[str, object]
- Add casts at JSON boundary and after isinstance checks
- Update all function signatures to use typed dicts
- Fixes 59 pyright errors in JSON parsing code
